Less than 1 minute Minutes

Minor crimes: Superintendent Ibrahim Yakubu at the Sekondi Prisons in the Western Region has stated that the use of Alternative Disputes Resolution “ADR” to settle petty criminal offences will help decongest the prisons.

Mr Yakubu stated that the idea of using “ADR” for minor criminal offences if accepted and embraced by stakeholders will make it possible for the prisons to be reserved for people who commit major offences including robbery, and murder cases among others.
