The Shama Constituents in the western region are with much joy congratulating the Member of Parliament Hon. Lawyer Samuel Erickson Abakah for his appointment to serve on various committees at the 8th Parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana for the first time.
However the first time Member of Parliament who double as a legislature is being appointed to as Vice Chairman for both committees on Employment, Social Welfare and State Enterprises; Special Budget Committee.
According to them, they are happy to witness that Hon. Abakah’s effort has finally paid off.
“Though we anticipated for a greater feet, we equally share the joy and excitement in this new portfolio on Parliamentary Select Committee”, they added.
Furthermore the Shama Constituents indicated that, they hope Hon. Samuel Erickson Abakah will judiciously and humbly as ever execute his tasks to bring progress to the cause of Parliament and Ghana.
Meanwhile they applauded the president of the 4th Republic of Ghana HE. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for the great honor as the New Patriotic Party “NPP” never forgot Shama Constituency whenever they govern Ghana.
