NPP INTERNAL ELECTIONS: 4 PULLED OUT TO AVOID MANHEIM IN SEKONDI CONSTITUENCY POLLING STATION ELECTION

About Four New Patriotic Party ‘NPP’ Members who were vying for various positions to become executive members Catholic Kindergarten polling station in the Sekondi Constituency have pulled out from the ongoing polling station elections.

According to them there is an ongoing mafia tactics from old executives who want to maintain their positions.

“For us not to caused any Manheim in the ongoing polling station elections, we have decided to pull out from the contest to avoid future occurrences”, they emphasized.

Again, they want to maintain the good image of Roman Catholic Church as far as the election would be held within the premises.

The 4 in an exclusive interview with Ahoto News Reporter Benjamin Bray, said they picked up nomination forms where after the vetting they sense of intimidation.

Furthermore, the current Executives at Roman Catholic Kindergarten Polling Station do not perform where their impact is not being felt among Sekondi residents.

The Sekondi Constituency polling station elections being fraught with controversies may hinder the chances of the Member of Parliament in the upcoming 2024 General Elections.

Moreover, expressing their worries despite pulling out stated that the credibility of Sekondi NPP is not well known due to the mafia tactics portrayed by the old executives.

They are therefore calling on the hierarchy of the New Patriotic Party to address the issue of intimidations surrounding the ongoing polling station elections across the country including Sekondi Constituency.
