The MP for the Ningo-Prampram constituency, Sam Dzata George, has assured Ghanaians who have not been able to register their SIM cards that they will not be blocked even after the deadline expires.
The unregistered SIMs were scheduled to be blocked after the initial deadline of September 30th. However, the outspoken politician tweeted that he was very sure that no one was going to be blocked. True to his word, no SIMS have been blocked.
He stated that this was a victory for the Ghanaian people who had not received their Ghana cards due to the negligence of the NIA even though they had registered for it long ago.
