American rapper Dwayne Michael Carter, popularly known as Lil Wayne, has finally found a buyer for his waterfront mansion in Miami.
Wayne listed the lavish home for sale back in September last year for an initial asking price of $29.5 million. He however reduced the asking price a little and that seemed to have attracted potential buyers instantly. According to TMZ, Lil Wayne has accepted an offer from a potential buyer for the home and the sale was close to being signed and sealed.
Lil Wayne initially purchased the stunning waterfront home in Miami for $16.8 million in 2017 and then had it upgraded with various amenities fitting for a waterfront mansion. These included an open-air cabana, a reflecting swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen. Looking at what he sold the property for, that was a great real estate deal right there.
This sale does not render Tunechi ‘homeless’ though, as the rapper already lives in a lavish $15.4 million mansion in the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles where he is neighbors with the likes of Kylie Jenner.
