Frienhoff Academy wins their first game in style in the ongoing Division One play off

Frienhoff Academy has secured their first three points with three goal in the ongoing Central Regional Division one play off. The Zone 4 leaders showed class and spectacular performance in their 3:0 win against Nadal Ahali Rovers.

Yesterday at the Cape Coast sports stadium where the Central Regional Division One play off is ongoing, Frienhoff Academy locked horns with Nadal Ahali Rover and had a triumphant 3:0 win.

Maxwell Buabeng opened the score with a spot kick after Aaron Copson was brought down in the box. The poster boy and captain of the side Frank Iruzie’s individual brilliance gave the team a 2:0 lead.

Michael Sarpong, affectionately called Mbape put the icing on the cake after receiving a sweet cross from the young chap King Ampofo to make it 3:0.

Frienhoff Academy will play the table leaders Fettehman United who won by 4:0 in their opener on Saturday 18th May 2024, one of the crackers of the tournament.
