GFA Seeks Forgiveness In Statement Released After Black Stars World Cup Exit

The GFA released a statement after the Black Stars of Ghana were eliminated from the Qatar 2022 world cup tournament.

The black stars were eliminated from the tournament after losing by two goals to Uruguay. Black Stars captain Andre Ayew missed an early penalty after which Ghana conceded two goals in minutes.

Ghana was able to win only one match in their group and failed to qualify for the tournament’s knockout rounds. Head coach Otto Addo has also resigned from his position with immediate effect.
