The historical ‘ice water’ which was sold in the country some years ago has finally made a comeback to save the situation in Ghana.
The current sachet water, which was selling some months ago for just 20p, recently jumped to 60p in accordance with the rising cost of goods and living, and this was greeted with boos from the people. A bag of sachet water will also be selling from15gh upwards beginning from 31st October 2022.
In a bid to relieve the situation so hardworking drivers and traders can get enough water to replenish their energies, the ‘ice water’ has made a comeback as a cheaper alternative to sachet water. In a viral video on social media, some people could be seen jubilating wildly when a woman approached them selling the ‘ice water’
