The police have arrested some 42 persons at the latest ‘Ashaiman To Da World’ concert held by Ghanaian dancehall star, Stonebwoy, which came off at the Saka Saka Park in Ashaiman, in Accra on 3rd September 2022.
The suspects are said to have attacked some of the participants of the show with weapons such as toy guns, cutlasses, scissors, and pocket knives at several locations around the concert venue towards the end of the show.
Police were able to retrieve several items from the suspects such as 10 smartphones, 3 pairs of scissors, two toy pistols, a wig, a tablet, 5 cutlasses, and 5 jack knives in what can be described as possible robbery attacks at the show by the suspects.
The police have stated that all the arrested suspects will face the full rigors of the law.
