After the National Elections Committee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) organized the balloting for the position of candidates as they will appear on the Notice of Poll and the Ballot Paper today, Edmond Oppong-Peprah was extremely fortunate to pick the number 5 position on the ballot paper.
