Duapa Werkspace, a digital skills training outlet in the western region that connect and collaborate has held a stakeholders’ meeting in Takoradi to address issues of unemployment rate across the country.
The theme for the stakeholders engagement meeting today was, Empowering Youth Empowerment Through Mobile Application Development.
At the stakeholders meeting various groups promised to commit and assured that suggestions made today will be implemented to support for the youth
Addressing the challenges and recommendations, a group indicated getting people to educate students on IT compliance is a major challenge.
Mr. Michael Asante emphasize that in Takoradi, they focus more on the youths.
According to him the stakeholders helped them to develop some of the key note that would used in developing the polices that will help solve youth unemployment.
He added that, those challenges and recommendations brought up by the stakeholders would be put in documentation to start implementing them.
The Duapa Werkspace Hub Manager, Michael Asante Saforo expressed his gratitude to the stakeholders that came on board to help them achieve today’s program.
